Fantastic location, impressive views Positive: What a wonderful location with impressive views from the balcony to wake up to and have dinner in front of. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and the BBQ facilities.

Overall I really enjoyed my stay at Whitecrest! A beautiful, quiet area to get away to relax! Positive: Whitecrest has a wonderful view overlooking the beach, it is in a pretty good location to see lots of waterfalls within the area and there was lots to do onsite including a games room, swimming pool and a tennis court. I enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher), spa bath, gas fire, comfortable couch, balcony with a BBQ, free parking, the pod coffee machine, washing machine/dyer, fast and reliable wifi, the comfortable bed and the apartment had lots of space to move around. Kerry (the host) was incredible and super helpful! I couldn't get a few things working in the apartment and she was very quick to respond to my queries. Kerry was able to organise someone to come around to my apartment to check out the issue and all issues were solved within 15 minutes! Negative: Unfortunately, there wasn't much reception in the rooms (I'm with Telstra) so there were weak points in the room. I would suggest bringing a laptop if you are wanting to watch any streaming programs, as this particular room didn't offer it. The location was pretty close to everything except there weren't any main/big supermarkets around the area and the closest Coles/Woolworths was in Colac about an hour away from Whitecrest, so just do a big shop beforehand!
