Absolute Beach Escape For 21

A very comfortable place for family gatherings with everything you need. Positive: This was a wonderful place for a large family gathering that exceeded all our expectations. A very well set up and appointed house that had everything you need. We came along bringing extras of everything expecting that it would be a bit light-on (chairs, cups, toilet paper etc.) and we did not need any of it. The house had enough of everything. Enough bathrooms to cater for our group of 17 - nobody was ever left waiting to use the amenities. The games room was an absolute hit and a great space - really impressive and a really clever addition to the house. Something for everyone. A nice short walk down to the water and shops/cafes meant that the car was never really needed. The hotel down the road also caters well for larger group dining. The house is in a residential setting so parking and noise levels need to be respected - no issue for us. It's a great place to hang and chill. One bonus - and a very generous one at that - each room has its own split system heating/cooling. This is great as each person could control their own temperature. You can be rest assured that you will be cool in summer and warm in winter. The pre-check in instructions were very clear and the security deposit was returned promptly after our check-out. Negative: There was a mix up initially with the room/bedding configurations as listed on this site. But I have let the host know and hopefully the listing will be updated.

Amazing property with wonderful activities to do and a very homely feel Positive: It was a very spacious property with a lot to do on the actual property itself, with very modern features throughout Negative: It wasn’t the biggest deal but the wifi wasn’t the strongest and sometimes dropped out and the kitchen was a bit older than the rest of the house but it was still a really great place

Great fun and spacious place for a friends / family gathering Positive: Great entertainment area for large groups of friends / family. Great location with a short walk to the beach / cafes in town. The house was spacious with room enough for us all to sit and eat dinner together. The hosts were outstanding and the property manager were very easy to deal with. Negative: It's in a neighbourhood, so the advice is to keep windows and doors shut in the entertainment area. Which is very fair.

Positive: Spacious house with a large dining table that fit our group of 13 people. All bedrooms were really nice and comparable in size/bedding configurations. Plenty of bathrooms. Loved the games room. Enclosed grass area for the dog to play. Able to park 5-6 cars on the property.
