Great, fun group accomodation.clean, well appointed and great location Positive: Wonderful property, great for our group. Clean and well appointed. The games room and outdoor seating was brilliant. St Leonard’s was a lovely little town, a quick walk to the beach.

Overall, we loved our stay and would recommend this place for a fun, relaxing getaway! Positive: Great Stay, Perfect for Large Groups ! We had a wonderful time staying at this holiday house. The house was very clean and had a good number of rooms with plenty of beds, which was perfect for our large group. The big dining table was great for us all to eat together. The best part of the house was definitely the games room! Both kids and adults really enjoyed the pool table and table tennis – it kept everyone entertained for hours. The area was lovely, and the neighbours were friendly too. Negative: There were just a couple of small things: the hot water ran out before everyone in our group could shower, and there weren’t quite enough coffee cups for everyone. The living room was a bit smaller. But they are smaller issues.
