Lanigan's By the Bay

Absolutely perfect location; great house and we look forward to coming back :) Positive: The location was great; the little added details of supplies (coffee pods; toilet paper, books, games etc) were appreciated and the house was just perfect for us. We had 4 adults and two teenagers and we will definitely be staying here again :) Negative: I just couldn't find a kitchen sponge or another rubbish bag - no big deal though - we made do with what we had.

Plenty of space. Relaxed atmosphere. Comfortable beds. Positive: Bright and airy.

What relaxing beach-side comfort! Positive: The hosts thought of everything from washing machine powder to extra comforts that we don't have at home such as an air fryer and a coffee machine. There was such a sense of spaciousness and light, with many options to sit and relax. For the 5 of us, we felt like a family but could also easily seek our own space. The proximity of the secluded beach was impeccable! Even beach equipment for the kids were accessible in the shed! The communication from the host was also extremely quick and personable - we had a small issue connecting to wifi and this was sorted within minutes. Negative: Only thing I think could be improved was a fan in the bunk room because we were there on a particularly warm night. Fans were in the other bedrooms and made the other guests very comfortable.

Exceptional property for a family vacation!!! Positive: It was spacious and clean with everything you could need. The hosts have gone above and beyond to make this property exceptional from the bedding to the quality sunscreen and bathroom products. They have every scenario covered. It was only a short stroll to the quiet beach front. We loved this property and wouldn’t think twice about rebooking. Negative: We loved it all.
