Bella Beach Resort | An Oasis on the Bellarine with Heated Pool

A great place to stay for a large group requiring multiple bedrooms and amazing entertaining spaces! Positive: We liked the space in the rooms including the kitchen which was amazing. The outdoor spaces were awesome. Kerri was excellent and communicative as Property Manager. Negative: We had hoped the pool would be warmer, though it was utilised considerably. A second indoor living area would have been good for our demographics, though the Master provided a retreat as did the other bedrooms.

The perfect place to spend time with our family. Positive: We were a group of 8 adults with a dog and a kid, who really just wanted to spend the hot, long Labour Day weekend lazing about by the pool and eat good food. And the house was perfect for this! It was large and comfortable with a great flow from indoors to outdoors and was stocked with everything you could imagine, particularly the kitchen, so we had everything we needed to just chill and enjoy ourselves. Overall, very happy with our stay here!

This home is modern, well-styled and equipped with everything a large group needs to enjoy a fantastic weekend away. Glad to recommend to others.

Not long enough. Will definitely come back Positive: It was clean and well presented. Lots of cool features. There was only 3 of us and our dog so much bigger than we needed, however the heated pool and spa made it well worth the extra expense Negative: Very very very quiet neighbourhood. Barely even hear a car drive past. My 4yo and dog seemed like the whole street could hear us lol
